Lit chat #3

I saw lovely Lauren from Lauren and the Books start this series on her YouTube channel earlier in the year – she chats through 100 bookish conversation starters from the Lit Chat card pack. I think this is a brilliant idea – so I’m following along!

Do you ever re-read books? Why or why not? Are there any specific titles you return to regularly?

I actually don’t re-read books that often! I keep books in my own small personal library so, in theory, I can re-read them as often as I like but I rarely do. I think it’s because I’m always overwhelmed with how many books I want to read and how many stories I want to get carried away in that it seems silly going back and re-reading stories I know.

The only series that I have re-read over and over again is A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas. Every time Maas releases a new book I go back and re-read all of the previous ones and it’s the only series I do it for! What can I say – she’s magic.

I am desperate to re-read the Throne of Glass series ahead of the next release – but that is quite the commitment… six whole books. (I know I’ll do it anyway)

If you want to join the discussion – you are more than welcome to follow along too! What books are you keen to re-read?
